RETURN, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

a. REFUND PROCESS:- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictorial /video evidence/proof to be eligible for a replacement if there’s an issue. 

b. RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURN DELIVERY COST:- We offer free delivery on all orders; however, if you choose to return an item (where applicable), the cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.

If a replacement is requested and approved, we will cover the cost of re-delivering the replacement item at no additional charge.

c. REFUND PROCESS:- At TheAfricanStop, we strive to uphold the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us via email or through our website within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide photo or video evidence of the issue. Unfortunately, claims submitted without supporting evidence cannot be processed.This policy is in place to ensure fairness and does not affect your statutory rights. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any issues reported after 24 hours of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 2 to 4 working days.

d. CANCELLATION POLICY:- Once an order is placed, it is final. We are unable to accept cancellations.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

a. SHIPPING LOCATIONS:- We deliver to all postcodes within the UK. Other locations coming soon

b. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES:- We aim to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days (excluding weekends). Delivery times may vary due to logistics or circumstances beyond our control. Rest assured, your order will be carefully packaged to maintain its quality throughout the journey.

*Kindly ensure to have an adult available to receive your delivery, if you would not be home on your scheduled delivery date/time, you have the option of having your delivery left at your safe place or delivered to your neighbour which can be requested via our logistics partners website.

c. ORDER TRACKING:- Once your order has been booked for collection by our logistics partners, you will receive a tracking information as well as an estimated time of arrival from our logistic partners.

PAYMENT POLICY

a. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:- We accept both Debit and Credit Cards. In the event your card/payment is declined, we are within our rights to collect funds for any uncollected transactions owed to us should a payment made via credit card be declined. you fail to pay any fees or charges due; we may pass your details unto Debt Collection Agency and you will be responsible for all fees incurred from collection cost to legal fees.

a. STOCK AVAILABILITY:- If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item, we will offer to deliver a reasonable substitute with your approval.

b. PRICING:- all prices are subject to change based on prevailing market prices without prior notice. All prices displayed are in British Pounds.

We make efforts to provide accurate images, weight, product description, price but we cannot guarantee they are 100 percent error free.
